Delivery & Installation
We pride ourselves on punctuality and professionalism. All mechanical bull rentals are delivered 45 minutes to 1 hour before the scheduled event time. This window allows our technical team to install, test, and prepare the bull safely before guests arrive. Our technicians handle every aspect of setup, including inflating the arena, securing the equipment, and performing safety checks. This ensures that your mechanical bull is ready to go when your event begins, with no delays or complications.
Booking & Deposit
To confirm a booking, clients are required to make an upfront deposit. This deposit secures your reservation and allows us to schedule delivery and allocate technicians for your event. Along with the deposit, clients must provide complete event details — including date, time, location, and contact information — so we can proceed with delivery on the agreed date. Without a deposit and confirmed details, bookings cannot be guaranteed.
Returns & Cancellations
We understand that plans can change. Clients may call us before the scheduled delivery time if they wish to cancel or reschedule their rental. Deposits are applied toward the rental fee and may be subject to cancellation terms depending on the amount of notice provided. Early communication helps us adjust schedules and ensures fairness for both parties.
Responsibility & Care
Once installed, our mechanical bulls are supervised by our technicians to ensure safe operation. Clients are responsible for maintaining a safe environment around the bull during the rental period. Any misuse or damage caused by negligence may affect return conditions.
