• 14‑Day Refund Window: Clients may request a refund within 14 days of their order date. Refunds are processed for eligible cancellations made within this timeframe.

• No Refunds for Product Dissatisfaction: We do not accept refunds based on claims of “bad products.” All our equipment is inspected, tested, and maintained to meet strict safety and quality standards before delivery.

• Condition of Equipment: Refunds are only valid if the equipment is unused, undamaged, and returned in its original condition.

• Service Fees: Delivery, setup, and service fees are non‑refundable once the rental has been fulfilled.

• Refund Process: Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
